John Naumann

John Naumann first came to Sanibel in 1972 to lead the sales effort by Real Estate Concepts, Inc for the sale of the 400 unit Sundial Condominium Development on Gulf Drive. In 1974 he formed and operated Sanibel Accommodations, Inc., a Sanibel based property and vacation management company. John originally founded John Naumann & Associates, Inc. (JNA), real estate company in 1977 and built the company into the largest real estate brokerage company on Sanibel and Captiva with annual sales in excess of $400 million. In 2001, JNA sold its assets to Coldwell Banker and as part of the sale, had a non-compete agreement for a 5 year period. During that 5 year period however, JNA continued to operate and sell properties developed by John and his affiliated development company BTS Development Corporation. As one of the original principal shareholders of BTS Development Corporation founded in 1979, John has served as President since its inception. BTS has created many of the premier developments on Sanibel Island and in Southwest Florida, including: By the Sea, Beachcomber ,High Tide, Somerset, Tantara, Tamarind, The Sanctuary Golf Club, Westminster Golf Club, and Jonathan Harbour. John was also a co- developer of The Westshore Condomiums on Sanibel Island, The Cypress Condominiums, Ft. Myers, FL, Admiral’s Walk in Cape Coral, FL and was involved with the development of The Grenelefe Resort in Winter Haven, FL and Innisbrook Resort in Tarpon Springs, FL.

Deborah Belford

After relocating from the Columbus, Ohio area to Sanibel in 1985, Deborah began her Real Estate career with Sanibel Realty in 1988. With a passion for high end Real Estate and our SW Florida Gulf Coast, that career took her into the development of master planned communities both in Lee and Collier Counties. Bob Berning

Originally from Rochester, Minnesota, Bob found his way to Sanibel in 2004 and plans to stay for a long time. He is educated as a mathematics teacher and a coach. Bob joined the PGA in 2005. "I am just beginning a new career in real estate. I am excited about meeting new people and helping them to find their own piece of paradise." William (Bill) Bolt

After several visits to the area, Bill moved to Ft. Myers from Huntington, West Virginia in 1973 becoming the assistant manager for Rhodes Furniture. He met his wife, Nancy, and they married in 1976. They opened a family owned mortgage business in 1980 with offices in Ft. Myers and Sanibel. In addition to running a successful office, Bill became involved in the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals moving up to Chapter President after chairing the tradeshow committee and greatly improving local membership. He received the state Broker of the Year Award in 1989, the highest award in the state for that industry. Subsequently, he was elected state president in 1996. He has been involved in training mortgage professionals in Florida and nationally over a 20 year span with seminars and tradeshows, including some that he produced in Florida, Las Vegas and Texas. A man with strong family values, Bill has raised two happily married sons – one in San Antonio Texas, a nurse administrator with 3 children; and the other in Ft. Myers, father of 2 children, who owns a custom cabinet business and is a general contractor. Bill’s wife is currently a reverse mortgage specialist with MetLife Bank. Bill became a licensed Realtor in 2000, finding that his knowledge of fine furniture has been an asset in staging homes he lists for sale. Ken Colter

Ken founded the original Marketeers along with long time friend and mentor, Island Realtor, Jack Slagle. Both former pilots in the U.S. Air Force, their partnership soared to new heights. Now Ken is bringing that same enthusiasm to his new partnership with Bob Berning, forming the Colter/Berning Real Estate Team. Ken has been a resident of Sanibel Island since 1979, and he has been actively involved in Island real estate since 1981. Nancy Finch

Originally from Wisconsin, Nancy has lived in Lee County for over 29 years and has been a licensed agent for 27 years. Her experience includes working with both buyers and sellers in the general residential market as well as on-site sales assisting clients with the construction of their custom homes. Nancy and her husband, Bob, are involved with numerous fund-raisers for local charities. Most recently she served as the Chairperson Volunteer Coordinator for “Becoming Cosmopolitan”, an annual fund-raiser benefiting CCMI (Community Cooperative Ministries Inc). Larry Hahn

Larry Hahn brings 12 years of Captiva Island vacation property rental ownership and management experience. Diane Jayne

Diane Jayne relocated to South Fort Myers in 2003 from Warren, Ohio where she was employed by Delphi Corporation a division of General Motors. Over the 15 years employed by Delphi Corporation she held various positions including administrator for the plant manager, handling payroll for entire plant of 800. The majority of her time was spent supporting the maintenance organization which she handled payroll and scheduled the construction and maintenance jobs for six different plants. Kelly Palmer

Originally from Trenton, MI, Kelly moved to South Florida when she was very young and grew up in Miami. Kelly came to Ft. Myers 18 years ago and began working for John Naumann at The Sanctuary Golf Club development. Once sales at The Sanctuary were completed, Kelly moved to Gulf Harbour central sales for WCI and enjoyed great success for 4 years. There she met her husband Steven, who is also a Realtor. From Gulf Harbour Kelly then became involved with a national builder in Ft. Myers and gained extensive construction and new home sales experience.
